Dust Storm Engraving is excited to announce a new collaboration with Arizona Guitars and Gear LLC and Arizona luthier Harold “Hal” Archambeau of One & Only Custom Guitars — a partnership that brings together handcrafted instrument building, original engraved artwork, and premium guitar components.
This collaboration pairs Hal’s decades of guitar‑building experience with our original laser‑engraved designs, supported by Arizona Guitars and Gear LLC’s commitment to presenting quality instruments to musicians and collectors.
Limited‑Edition Engraved Guitar Bodies & Custom Pickguards
Our first release will feature engraved pickguards and limited‑edition HSH‑routed Stratocaster‑style bodies showcasing Dust Storm Engraving’s original floral scrollwork. Each piece begins in our sketchbooks before being developed digitally and adapted precisely to the contours and routing of the guitar body.
Only 50 bodies per design will be produced and serialized. Because of natural material characteristics and the engraving process itself, every body will have its own one‑off qualities — no two will ever be identical.
To preserve the uninterrupted look of the artwork, each body’s Dust Storm Engraving logo and serial number will be concealed beneath the pickguard. Whether used to build a custom instrument or displayed as functional art, each piece is permanently identified as part of its numbered series.
Craftsmanship at Every Step
Hal Archambeau, a 1978 graduate of the Roberto‑Venn School of Luthiery, brings decades of woodworking and guitar‑building expertise through One & Only Custom Guitars. Future collaborative instruments will combine Hal’s craftsmanship with our original engraved artwork for truly distinctive builds. These unique builds will have both Dust Storm Engraving and One and Only logos discreetly engraved under the pickguard.
Our artwork is created entirely by hand — beginning with original drawings, then refined digitally, and finally engraved with precision. We do not use AI‑generated imagery, stock art, or recycled patterns. Every design is built from the ground up for the instrument it’s engraved on.
Availability
Arizona Guitars and Gear LLC will offer select engraved bodies, pickguards, and future collaborative instruments through its website as releases become available. Additional designs and release information will be announced as new products are completed.
